Rebecca Lambert

Co-Founder • She/Her

Spurred by fierce love for her children and the Earth, Rebecca co-founded Equation Campaign to invest in the power of frontline communities standing up against the fossil fuel expansion. With a B.A. in anthropology from Brown University (2003) and an M.S. in Environment and Natural Resources from the University of Vermont (2008), Rebecca has worked in land conservation, renewable energy promotion, and briefly worked in climate and energy policy before training to be a nature-based guide, offering retreats for environmentalists and others to reconnect with the land. She has previously served on the boards of the Rockefeller Family Fund, the David Rockefeller Fund, Maine Conservation Voters, and EarthRights International, where she served as co-chair for several years.  Rebecca lives in Maine, and spends her free time rock climbing, trail running and making art.  Her two children not only keep her very busy, but they also offer her daily inspiration for her climate work.
